About Me
- Tom Godwin - Personal Trainer Manchester
- I am Managing Director of Foresight Personal Training, a Wellbeing company based in Greater Manchester (that offers personal training and corporate fitness across Greater Manchester and Cheshire). I have been working as a Personal Trainer in Manchester since the age of 17, working in a wide range of roles. Personally I love to keep fit, and train in various martial arts. This blog aims to let both clients and non-clients learn a bit more about my views on wellbeing. We also offer a range of Corporate Wellbeing services.
