Fitness in Manchester

HI All,

Just a quick post, we all tend to focus on fat loss (well most of my Personal Training clients are).  But do we really consider fitness levels?

FItness is a very different thing we are looking at hert health and lung health, it is very easy to focus on fat but overall health is made up of many more factors.  These combined with some of the more internal factors come togather to make wellbeing. 

SO next time that you are taling to your Personal Trainer Manchester ask them how you can imporve your fitness levels!
